Our return policy is to issue a refund only if the product is shipped and has a postal stamp within and by 7th calendar day from the date you received your order and order stays in it’s original condition.
Products will be eligible for return ONLY if they were unused, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of fragrances, no animal hair on it, no beverage stains, no make up or any stains and should be in new condition. Please do not mail any product back which has already been used. If the product was found used or in any above mentioned category then any refund will not be made for it.
We do all refunds in the form of our store credit. You can purchase any item of same or less value or can also put additional amount for purchasing higher price product. The store credit with have all details in it to how to use it for another product in the store.
Customer will be responsible for handling the return postal charges or we can refund a product amount minus return shipping charges.
Most of the Sale products are final sale and may not be accepted for returns unless it is mentioned at the specific product(s) page.
In the event, when the product you have received is damaged or wrong product has been sent then upon verification a full refund will be made including return postal charges. We do not want to give any inconvenience to our customers for any mistake from our side. To report any damage and a refund for it please send us an email within 48 hours from you received the package to email address: blossomdalejewelry@gmail.com
If the product is damaged in the transit and due to carrier then sorry we may not be able to refund amount in this case. Carrier should be held responsible for any damage to the product.
